  • When does the internship occur and how long does it have to be?

    Cohorts will run four times a year; in January, March, June, and August. The duration varies depending on the program type.

  • What is the minimum intern compensation?

    Our minimum suggested compensation is USD 500 per month.

  • Who is going to host the interview - Talanta or my company?

    Your company will. Talanta will present you with pre-selected candidate options and you will interview your top choices with the help of our platform meeting function.

  • Where does the interview take place?

    The interview will take place via an external video conferencing software and can be scheduled with the help of our platform meeting function.

  • How long does the interview process take and can my company change this duration?

    We recommend 30-minute interviews, but this can be changed depending on your preferences.

  • Are the candidates matched with other companies as well?

    In some circumstances, yes, but we encourage candidates to prioritize their first options and our team of experts ensures that the right matches are made.

  • What is the timeline for accepting or rejecting candidates after an interview?

    We suggest that you accept or reject a candidate within 1 week. If you accept a candidate, they have 72 hours to respond. However, if you do not take action within a week after the interview, Talanta will start suggesting the candidate to other companies.
